1. Login on the home page of your website.

2. Click on the site link that allows you to view the products. (In this example we are using a record "Collection")

3. Click the "admin" link on the next page. You should now be at the VirtueMart menu.

Turning on the Shipping Module

NOTE: For security reasons, "Configuration" may have a red "Unwriteable" label on the top of the screen. If this is the case, contact www.cornerstonewebsites.com/support for assistance.

1. Select the "Admin" tab and click on "Configuration".

2. Select the "Shipping" tab.

3. Ensure that the "Standard Shipping module..." is checked.

4. Click the "Save" icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Create a Shipping Company

1. Select the "Shipping" tab and "Create Shipper". If needed, enter a new shipping company by using a name that all of your cusomers will recognize (i.e. USPS).

2. Enter the "Shipper Company" and click the "Save" icon in the upper right.

Adjusting the Shipping Rates

1. Select the "Shipping" tab and click the "Shipping Rates" link.

2. Select the "New" icon in the upper right corner.

Enter the new shipping description:

3A. Enter a valid "Shipping Rate description" for the company to be used.

3B. Enter a "Shipper" from the drop down.

3C. Choose "Countries" to ship to.

3D. Select the "Lowest Weight" to be charged shipping.

3E. Select the "Highest Weight" to be charged shipping.

3F. Enter the "Fee" (This is the per item shipping cost).

3G. Enter the "Package Fee" (This is the first item shipping cost + handling)

3H. Enter the "Currency" from the drop down.

3I. Click the "Save" icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
