My Favorites Will Not Download

I already have an account with snapfish and I was able to add them to my order, but then I couldn't order them. It loaded the zip file and everything and said they were added to my order, but I could never actualy view them. We got our pictures today and of course, they were not included. Thanks so much again for everything! So many people have commented on the website and I do hope that you have more requests!

Did you know that you can order through Snapfish and pick them up at Walgreens also?

The way to get them to work is:

1. Login

2. Click on a picture to view it

3. On the bottom of the page, click the “Add to Favorites” link

4. At the top of the page, click the “My Favorites” link

5. You should see the photos in here before you click the download .zip file link.

If it is a problem, please give me a call because I really want this to work so that we can sell it. If it is going to be too complicated for users, I am going to scrap the entire gallery and start over. The tutorial shows how you can order and pick up at Walgreens also.
